I don't usually buy weight loss supplements, I am pretty leery because when I was younger I tried everything. They are of average size not tiny but not horse pills either. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. The cleanse, I think is a really important part of this system. Humans that are regular can have a substantial amount of build up in their system at any given time. It does no good to change diet and exercise if you still have all that gunk in your system. Both supplements have natural ingredients which I would rather have. In the time I have taken there is no stomach cramps like with other products and everything feels a little more natural. I have noticed a increase of energy. There has been a slight weight loss of about 4 pounds, but as dieters know that is my water weight. I am looking forward to the end results. So I'm impressed. The product appears to be of greater quality than I expected. PLEASE DO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!! There is a limit on the time to take the products. The after a rest period you can take again.
But over all I do see myself continuing to take this to help with my weight loss goals.
